Job responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties for sale.
- Create appealing property listings with high-quality photographs and detailed descriptions.

Negotiation:
- Assist clients in preparing and presenting offers to purchase or lease properties.
- Negotiate with buyers or sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Facilitate counteroffers and mediate negotiations to achieve successful outcomes.
Transaction Management:
- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from offer acceptance to closing.
- Coordinate and oversee inspections, appraisals, and necessary repairs.
- Ensure all required documents and paperwork are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Client Communication:
